Yemex was born from Rawan and Efrain’s passion for coffee, cooking, and the cultures that shaped them. Although their backgrounds are in IT, they have always been drawn to creating something meaningful with their hands. Their love for Yemeni and Mexican food came naturally, especially as they began to notice how much the two cuisines share in warmth, comfort, hospitality, and bold flavor.

That connection became the foundation of Yemex. Our fusion of Yemeni and Mexican flavors is at the heart of everything we do, from savory halal pastries you cannot find anywhere else to playful sweets and drinks that feel both familiar and unexpected. Every item we create reflects the flavors we love, the stories we carry, and the community that has believed in us since day one.

What began in our home kitchen, with late nights baking, testing recipes, and sharing them with our community, has grown into something much bigger than us. Yemex has never been just about coffee and pastries. It is about culture, warmth, and creating a space where people feel at home.
